Simi Valley Parties

Our facility is available for private parties on weekends and weekday evenings. We also offer parties during Open Play at a discounted rate.

Party Booking

If you are interested in booking a party with us, please give us a call at (805) 526-7400 or send us an email from our CONTACT page.

We book on a first come first served basis, so book as early as possible to secure your desired time slot.

The following items pertains to All Parties at the Rockin’ Kids Play Center facility

  • All participants must sign the Rockin’ Kids Play Center Release and Waiver Agreement
  • A 50 % non-refundable deposit of Party Package itself  is required at the time of booking a party. All additional items must be PAID IN FULL.
  • An additional charge of $25 will be added to the party if a date/time change is requested anytime during the week prior to the party, and, date/time. Change(s) are subject to availability
  • There is an additional fee for each child and /or adult over the amount included in the Party Package above.
  • Party Area will be available 1/2 hour prior to your party for setup.
  • Last 1/2 hour is for starting to say “goodbyes” and cleaning up of the Party Area.
  • An additional $55.00 per each 15 minutes will be charged if you and all guests have not left the facility at the end of the (2) two hour time period noted above. (Please note this charge will start immediately following the (2) two hour time period.) and our staff will begin cleaning at the end of your agreed time period
  • Play at Rockin’Kids Play Center is age appropriate for children up to seven years old.
  • For children over seven years of age attending a party; we have a Wii system.
  • No glitter of any kind is allowed (including on clothing, decorations, etc.)
  • Balloons may be handed to party guests inside Rockin’ Kids Play Center, but must be secured at all times while in our facility
  • The Rockin’ Kids Play Center restroom may be used by patrons, but please help us to keep it safe and clean
  • Party room set up and use of the facility is at the sole discretion of the Rockin’ Kids Play Center employee(s). The Party Assistant is in charge of the manner and timing of all events during your party
  • All Rockin’ Kids Play Center Rules and Regulations must be followed
  • If you wish to add  gratuity, you may do so at the end of the party.
  • 10% Rush Fee will be added for ANY party adding Decorations/Balloon arches the week of their party. (2 weeks notice must be given to avoid the 10% Rush Fee)
  • 15% SERVICE FEE will be charged the day of booking party or same day as remaining balance will be paid. (FOR ALL PARTY PACKAGES)
  • Everyone entering the play area must remove shoes and wear Non Slip socks. In the event that our Play Mats get damaged, there will be a $250 fee charged.

  • No food/beverages are allowed in play area. In the event play area gets dirty/damaged due to food and beverages in that area, there will be a $250 fee charged.

  • If any items in the party area, play area, restrooms, etc. are damaged due to mishandling, a $350 fee will be charged.

All prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Rockin’ Kids Play Center.

Everyday:

  • 10:00am-12:00pm
  • 1:00pm-3:00pm
  • 4:00pm-6:00pm
  • **Any parties booked before 10:00am or after 6:00pm must be booked as a Private Party Package.**

Times may vary.

Additional Party Items

You are allowed to order or bring your own food, drinks (non-alcoholic only), cake, paper goods, etc or choose to add items to your party from the  list below. **ALL ADDITIONAL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL**

  • Pizza – 16″ Cheese or One Topping Pizza $22.00 ea (More toppings may be added for an additional charge.)
  • Drinks
    • 24 pack canned soda– $25.00 ea
    • Water (one case of bottled water) – $20.00 ea
  • Party Decor ( 15% Service Fee will be Charged for any Decorations being added)
    • Existing Party Theme: $225
    • Custom Party Theme: $275
    • Standard Balloon Arch “L” Shape (customizable): $160.00 ea
    •  Standard Round Backdrop Balloon Arch (customizable): $180.00 ea
    • BALLOON ARCHES WILL VARY IN PRICE DEPENDING ON LENGTH AND SIZE. PLEASE SHOW STAFF REFERENCE PHOTO TO GET EXACT QUOTE.
    • Extra Goody Bags: $7.50 ea
  • Helium Costs
    • Standard latex balloon: $4.50
    • Standard foil balloon: $5.50
  • Additional ½ hour party time – $110.00 ea
  • Additional 1 hour party time – $220.00 ea

**The above additional items must be coordinated at least one week prior to the party date and a final count (list) of attendees must be provided.

Super Rockin’

  • 2 hour party (includes 2 hours use of the entire facility, public welcome to use play floor only)
  • Up to 12 children / 24 adults
  • Each additional child (if more than 12) is $12
  • Each additional adult (if more than 24) is $7
  • Party goody bags for 12 children
  • Drinks for 12 children
  • Party Assistant
  • **Other Additional Items may be added at the pricing shown above

Price: $499, 15% SERVICE FEE

Simply Private Rockin’

  • 2 hour party (includes 2 hours private use of the entire facility)
  • Up to 15 children 30 adults
  • Each additional child (if more than 15) is $12
  • Each additional adult (if more than 30) is $7
  • Party Assistant

Super Private Rockin’
