*The above additional items must be coordinated at least one week prior to the party date and a final count (list) of attendees must be provided.

**The following items pertains to All Parties at Rockin’ Kids Play Center, LLC facility**

**All participants must sign the Rockin’ Kids Play Center Release and Waiver Agreement

**A 50 % non-refundable deposit in the amount of , is required at the time of booking a party.

**An additional charge of $25 will be added to the party if a date/time change is requested anytime after 4 (four) weeks prior to the party, and, date/time
Change(s) are subject to availability.

**There is an additional fee for each child and /or adult over the amount included in the Party Package above.

**A 10% gratuity will be added to the overall total bill. If you wish to add more gratuity, you may do so at the end of your party.

**An additional $37.50 per each 15 minutes will be charged if you and all guests have not left the facility at the end of the (2) two hour time period noted above. (Please note this charge will start immediately following the (2) two hour time period.) and our staff will begin cleaning at the end of your agreed time period.

**No glitter of any kind is allowed (including on clothing, decorations, etc.).

**Balloons may be handed to party guests inside Rockin’ Kids Play Center, but must be secured at all times while in our facility.

**The Rockin’ Kids Play Center restroom may be used by patrons, but please help us to keep it safe and clean.

** Party room set up and use of the facility is at the sole discretion of the Rockin’ Kids Play Center employee(s). The Party Coordinator is in charge of the manner and timing of all events during your party.

**All Rockin’ Kids Play Center Rules and Regulations must be followed.

All prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Rockin’ Kids Play Center.

RULES & REGULATIONS

We appreciate your following the Rockin’ Kids Play Center Rules and Regulations.

  • No shoes in play area (please let guest know to bring socks)
  • Socks are required to be worn by children and adults on the Play Area Floor (no shoes, no bare feet)
  • No gum allowed
  • No food or drinks allowed in play area (including no bottles or sippy cups)
  • No glass containers
  • No rough play allowed
  • No sick children, please
  • No glitter on clothing, accessories or on other items (including party items)
  • Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times
  • No children may be dropped off at the facility
  • No one over 150 lbs. in the bouncer, no adults down the bouncer slides, no toys in the bouncer, no more than 8 people at a time in the bouncer
  • No adults allowed on the upper level of the aviator (obstacle structure)
  • No adults on the trampoline
  • No adults sitting in the ball pit
  • Diaper changing only in the restroom (not on play floor or in eating area)
  • The use of the Rockin’ Kids Play Center facility is at your own risk
  • All injuries must be reported to Rockin’ Kids Play Center personnel immediately. This is also noted on the Release and Waiver agreement
  • No birthday parties without a reservation; no exceptions, please
